Field Trip Assistance

Need someone along to help answer questions (aka: 'Is this a leech?!!'), or provide a review of good technique? Drop us a line to request assistance for your field trip.

Equipment for testing may also be available. We have Vernier Labpro sensors to measure temperature, pH, turbidity, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen. These may be used with either a laptop or with interfaced TI83 calculators. We also have an assortment of nets and other equipment for collecting and sorting stream organisms to determine water quality (for wadeable riffles).
